Creating Shared Value

Value Proposition

We believe that our growth strategies and leadership strategically differentiate Tectonic Financial and create significant commercial value. Our competitive advantage is driven by innovation and creativity, not only leading the way in financial services but also shaping the direction of the financial technology landscape. This approach allows us to streamline customer experiences as well as simplify our own processes.

Company Overview

Tectonic Financial is a financial holding company that offers banking, trust, investment advisory, securities brokerage and insurance services to high net worth individuals, small businesses and institutions in all 50 states. We believe our diversified lines of business: (a) generate a high degree of recurring earnings; (b) create an attractive return on equity and assets; (c) complement one another to reduce earnings volatility; (d) expand the number of services that we can offer and our clients can utilize; and (e) reduce the need for additional outside capital to finance our loan growth. Our trust department and broker-dealer clientele provide a source of stable funding, which we expect to increase as a percentage of our total funding sources, to help support the growth of our Bank’s loan portfolio. Likewise, our clients’ trust portfolios benefit from advisory services provided by our registered investment advisor, and our insurance agency is expected to grow through serving certain of our Bank and investment clients. We believe that we can leverage this combination of financial services to reduce our client acquisition costs and create shareholder value through our integrated next generation financial services platform.

Tectonic, adj. (\tek-ta-nik\)

Having a strong and widespread impact; often used in geological terms to describe gradual or abrupt shifts in the earth's structure

Timeless Philosophy

We view wealth accumulation as a gradual (almost) glacial and disciplined process, and risk management as protection against an abrupt event (like a tsunami or earthquake).

Experienced Management

Strong history of growing companies in a creative, but risk-conscious manner.
